Section 173. Boundaries of mukim masjid.

(1) The Commissioner shall have the power at Boundaries any time to determine the boundaries of any mukim masjidand to amend or alter the boundaries.

(2) Any dispute as to the boundaries of a mukim masjid shall be referred to the Fatwa Committee for its opinion.
