PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 115. Disobedient wife.
A wife who intentionally fails to comply with a reasonable order or disobeys and tamkin her husband or does not carryon her duties as a wife, shall on conviction be declared nusyus and an her rights under Hukum Syarak shall be forfeited.
