PART X - GENERAL
Section 122. Hukum Syarak to be applied when there is a lacuna.
(1)Any provision or interpretation of any of the provisions of this Enactment contrary to Hukum Syarak is void to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2) With regards to any matter not expressly provided for in this Enactment or in any of the rules and regulations made thereunder by this Enactment, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
