Section 154. Transmission of records to Syariah Appeal Court.
(1) When an appellant has complied with sections 150 and 152 the Registrar of the Syariah High Court shall forthwith transmit to the Syariah Appeal Court four copies of the record of the proceedings of the case, together with four copies of the notice of appeal and of the petition of appeal.
(2) The Registrar of the Syariah High Court shall also furnish both parties with a copy of the said record of the proceedings and a copy of the notice of appeal and of the petition of appeal.
