PART VII - SERVICE
Section 46. Place and time.
Service may be effected at any place, on any day and at any time of the day or night. Service after 4.00 p.m. shall ordinary be deemed to have been effected on the following day. Service effected after noon on the day proceeding, or at any time on, the weekly holiday, or on any public holiday, shall be deemed to have been effected on the day after such holiday.
