Section 197. Power of the Court to grant interim order.
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Chapter, the Court shall in its discretion have the power to grant any interim order on such terms as it deems fit and may give such directions as to the further conduct of the proceedings.
(2) Every application for an interim order shall be made in Form MS 52 and supported by an affidavit.
