PART V - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE, CHILDREN AND OTHERS
Section 69. Interim maintenance.
(1) Where the Court is satisfied that there are grounds for payment of maintenance to a wife for herself and children in her custody, the Court may make an interim order for payment of maintenance to take effect at once and to be in force until an order of the Court is made on the application for maintenance.
(2) The Court may take into consideration the payments for such interim maintenance and deduct such amounts against the amount ordered to be paid for maintenance under the order of Court.
