Section 21. Selling or giving away child
(1) Any parent or guardian who sells, give away or delivers his child or child under his care to any person who is not a Muslim shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
(2) The selling, giving away or delivery of the child shall be void and the Court may order the child to be put under the custody of any fit and proper person or a welfare home.
