Section 36. Proof.
Every Central Register and District Register kept separately by the Chief Registrar and Registrar under the provisions of this Enactment and any certified copy of any entry therein endorsed with the signature and seal of office as a true copy or extract shall be a prima facie evidence in all courts and tribunals in this State relating to the dates and acts contained or expressed in the Central Register or District Register.
