PART IX - MUSLIM CONVERTS
Section 98. Children of converts.
Where at the moment he embraces Islam, a person whether male or female has a natural or adopted child who has not attained the aged of baligh according to Hukum Syara', such child under his or her custody, shall be deemed to have embraced Islam at the same moment as the parent for the purpose of this Enactment.
