Section 226. Furnishing security.

(1) Security shall be given by deposit of money or by bond, the amount of which shall be determined by the Judge or Registrar.

(2) Expenses for the security, if any, shall be borne by the person giving security.

(3) Where security is given by depositing mon{}y, the money shall not be paid out without an order of the Court.

(4) Where security is given by bond, a surety shall be required unless the Court shall otherwise order.
