Section 44. Proof
Every Marriage Register kept by the Chief Registrar or Registrar under this Enactment and any copy of any entry therein, certified under his hand and seal of office to be a tnre copy or extract, shall be prima facieevidence in all courts and tribunals of the dates and acts contained or set out in the Marriage Register, copy or extract.
