PART IX - PLEADING
Section 55. Statement of claim.
(1) Every statement of claim shall be signed by the plaintiff or his solicitor and shall contain :
(a) full and clear name and address ;
(b) a concise statement in numbered paragraphs of the facts relied on by the plaintiff and indicating his cause of action, including particulars of any special capacity in which the plaintiff sues, if any.
(c) sufficient particulars of the claim,
(d) a statement of the relief claimed,
(e) any other application, provided that the claim shall not be admitted if its made after fifteen years from the date he is first entitled to make the claim.
(2) If the plaintiff has more than one cause of action, it must be stated one by one.
