Section 136. Transmission of appeal record.
When the appellant has complied with the provisions of section 135, the Court appealed shall transmit to the Syariah High Court and to the Chief Syariah Prosecutor and to the appellant or his peguam syarie a signed copy of the record of the proceedings and of the grounds of the decision together with a copy of the notice and of the petition
of appeal.
