PART III - MARRIAGE AND REGISTRATION
Section 14. Minimum age of marriage.
No marriage shall be solemnised or registered under this Enactment if the male party to the marriage is under eighteen years of age or if the female party to the marriage is under sixteen years of age unless the Qadhi has given his written consent thereto under exceptional circumstances.
