PART VIII-MISCELLANEOUS
Section 224. Showing of authority card.
(1) Any person conferred with the power to act against any other person under this Enactment or rules made thereunder shall, when requested, declare his office and show to the person against whom he is acting any such, document identifying himself as issued by the Commissioner.
(2) It shall not be an offence for any person to fail to comply with any request, requirement, or order made by any person conferred with such power, if he fails to declare his office and show the document identifying himself when demandet by the person,
