PART IV - PENALTY AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION AND REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE


Section 33. Consent to prosecute.

(1) No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Enactment may lie except with the written consent of the President.

(2) 1he President shall be the Chief Prosecutor and prosecution may be conducted by him or by any officer duly authorised by him.
