Section 55. Admission of handwriting, signature or seal.

(1) Admission of writing, signature or seal shall be considered admission of the writer or executant of the document.

(2) An admission made in document written or caused to be written by a person under his signature or seal and handed over to another person shall be treated as oral admission.
