PART XXXIII - APPEALS TO THE MAHKAMAH RAYUAN SYARIAH

Section 244. Execution of judgment on appeal.

When either party has extracted the order of the Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah and has produced such order to the Qadhi's Court appealed from, such Qadhi's Court shall execute the order in accordance with the provisions of these Enactment.
