PART II - APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAJLIS
Section 4. Appointments.
His Royal Highness the Sultan may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint a Commissioner of Religous Affairs, a Deputy Commissioner of Religious Affairs, a Mufti for the State, a Secretary to the Department of Religious Affairs, and such other officers and persons professing the Religion of Islam as may be necessary for the purposes of this Enactment and for such other matters as may be assigned to the Department to execute.
