PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU PERAK
Section 5. Seal of the Majlis.
(1) The Majlis shall have a corporate seal which may from time to time be broken, changed, altered or made anew as the Majlis requires.
(2) The seal of the Majlis shall be kept by the Secretary and shall not be used except in excuting the decision of the Majlis.
(3) Documents requiring the seal of the Majlis shall be sealed in the presence of and signed by the Secretary and a member of the Majlis. A seal and signatures affixed in such manner shall be deemed valid and accorded judicial notice.
(4) The following documents shall be affixed wth the seal of the Majlis -
(a) istrument which needs to be registered under the National Land Code;
(b) document conferring power or authority issued by the Majlis under this Enactment or any written law; and
(c) other document to be determined by the Majlis.
