PART XVIII - ENFORCEMENT AND EXECUTION CHAPTER 4 - SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR JUDGMENT DEBTOR SUMMONS
Section 177. Issuance of judgment debtor summons.
(1) On receipt of an application under section 176, the Court shall issue a judgment debtor summons in Form MS 44, provided that if the judgment debtor is a corporation a summons in Forni MS 45 shall be used.
(2) A judgment debtor summons ~hall be served on the judgment debtor at least 7 days before the day fixed for the hearing thereof.
