PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI PULAU PINANG

Section 20. Conduct of business.

(1) Except as otherwise expressly provided by this Enactment, all business of the Majlis shall be conducted in a meeting of the Majlis regularly convened and shall be disposed of by the resolution of the majority of the members present and entitled to vote.

(2) A resolution in writing signed by all members of the Majlis shall, unless in any special case or class of cases the Yang di-Pertuan Agong otherwise directs, have the same effect as a resolution duly passed under subsection (1).
