PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 6. Persons by whom marriages may be solemnized.
A marriage in the State of Perak shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment and shall be solemnized in accordance with Hukum Syara' by-
(a) the wali in the presence of the Registrar;
(b) the representative of the wali in the presence and with the permission of the Registrar;
(c) the Registrar as the representative of the wali; or
