PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 197. Breach of secrecy.
Whoever, in breach of the provisions of this Enactment or any rules, regulations, or orders made thereunder, improperly discloses or divulges any matter, which it was his duty to keep secret, to any person not lawfully entitled to be informed thereof commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both.
