CHAPTER 9 - GENERAL PROVISION

Section 100. Final reference

(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provisions of this Enactment which is inconsistent with Hukum Syara' shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.

(2) If there is any matter which is not provided for or not clearly stated in this Enactment, the Court shall refer to Hukum Syara'.
