Section 95. Publication of list of wakaf, nazr and trust property.

As soon as possible after the 31 December in every year the Majlis shall prepare, issue and publish in the Gazette a list of all properties, investments and assets vested in the Majlis, subject to any trust, wakaf or nazr and not forming part of the Baitulmal.
