Section 154. Record of proceedings
(1) When a notice of appeal has been filed, the Judge by whom the decision was given shall, ifhe has not written his judgement, record in writing the grounds of his decision, and the written judgement or grounds of decision shall form part of the record of proceedings.
(2) As soon as possible after notice of appeal has been filed, the Registrar shall cause to be served on the appellant or his Peguam Syarie a copy of such record of proceedings.
