ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF WILL
Section 18. Time to accept or reject will.
(1) Acceptance or rejection of a will may be made within thirty days after a beneficiary comes to know about the testator’s death and the existence of such will:
Provided that there is no reasonable excuse on the part of the beneficiary which causes him to delay the acceptance or rejection of the will.
(2) An heir of the testator may make an application to the Court to obtain an order directing a beneficiary to express his acceptance or rejection of a will.
