PART XXXV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 273. Repeal.
(1) The Enactment set out in the Second Schedule of this Enactment are hereby repealed to the extent stated in the Schedule :
Provided that all proceedings instituted under the Enactment which is hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
(2) The repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the repealed Enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired.ued or incurred thereunder.
