Process To Compel Appearance (Civil Cases)

Section 85. Service at address for service.

(1) Any document delivered at the address for service of any person shall be deemed to have been served on the person.

(2) In the case of an address for service that is not within the area of the local authority where the Court building is situated, any document may be served by despatching it by registered post to the address for service and the document shall be deemed to have been served when it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
