PART XXVI - INTERPLEADER
Section 193. Procedure.
(1) The applicant shall file in Court an application in Form 31.
(2) If the applicant has been sued, such application shall be filed within five days after service of the summons.
(3) A copy of the application shall be served on every person (including any plaintiff in an action against the applicant) be lieved by the applicant to be a claimant.
(4) Every claimant so served, except a plaintiff in an action against the applicant, shall before the hearing file either a notice that he makes no claim.
