Section 87. Determining whether non-registered person is a convert

If any question arises within the State of Penang as to whether a person is a convert, and the is not registered in the Register of Conversion or under any law of any State as a convert, that question shall be decided on the merits of the case in accordance with section 78, 79 and 80.
