Civil Appeal Procedure

Section 49. Civil Appeal.

(1) Any party to any Civil proceedings in a Syar'iah Subordinate Court may appeal against the decision of the Court to the Syar'iah High Court.

(2) In this section, "decision" includes "judgment", "order", and "decree".
