Section 55. Admission of writing, signature or seal.

(1) Adminission of writing, signature or seal shall be considered as admission of the writer or executant of the document.

(2) An admission made in a document written or caused to be written by a person under his signature or seal and handed over to another person shall be treated as iqrar.
