PART VII - BAITULMAL
Section 76. Other trust.
(1) The Majlis may receive for Baitulmal any deposit from any person, body or Islamic organisation on terms to be agreed by the Majlis and the depositor as regards its repayment and investment and any other benefits payable therefor.
(2) The Majlis may be trustee to any collection for charitable purposes under this Enactment and for any contribution or gift received for the support and promotion of the Religion of Islam or for the benefit of Muslims according to Hukum Syara'.
