Sections 55 to 58 and sections 77 to 91 of Part III of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment 1965, shall on the commencement of this Enactment be repealed:
Provided that any pending proceeding commenced under the repealed laws shall continue to have effect as if this Enactment had not been enected.
