Section 47. Registrars

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may, on the advice of the Chief Syariah Judge, appoint, from amongst members of the general public service of the Federation or the State of Penang, a Chief Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court, a Registrar of the Syariah High Court, and Assistant Registrars of the Syariah Subordinate Courts.
