Section 33. Authority of Mufti.

The Mufti shall aid and advise Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan in respect of all matters of Hukum Syara' and in all such matters shall be the chief authority in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan after Duli Yang Maha MUlia Sultan, except where otherwise provided in this Enactment.
