Section 141. President's certificate receivable as evidence.

(1) A certificate signed by the President shall be admissible in any Court as prima facie evidence that a share of an estate is due to the Bait-ul-Mal and of the value thereof.

(2) If the President is satisfied that the share due to the Bait-ul-Mal cannot be paid at once, he may allow postponement or settlement on such terms as he may think fit, and shall certify in writing that he has so allowed.
