PART II - GENERAL
Section 5. Process of Court.
(1) Any process issued by the Court shall be affixed with the Seal and signed by an authorised officer.
(2) All summonses, warrants, orders, rules, notices and other processes whatsoever, whether civil or criminal, issue, made by or with the authority of the Court in respect of any cause or matter within its jurisdiction, shall have full force and effect and may be served or executed anywhere within the State.
