PART III- SYAR'IAH COURTS

Section 35. Appeals to the Syar'iah Appeal Court.

(1) An appeal may be preferred to the Syar'iah Appeal Court from any decision of the Syar'iah High Court, whether in the exercise of its appellate jurisdiction or its original jurisdiction, by any person aggrieved by the decision.

(2) Appeals shall be decided in accordance with the opinion of the majority of the members of the Syar'iah Appeal Court.
