PART XXXIV - POOR PERSONS
Section 250. Recovery of Court fees.
Where costs have been ordered to be paid the poor person and any sum has been recovered by him in the action or other proceedings, all such Court fees shall become due and payable by the poor person as would have been paid by him if not a poor person, but only to the extent of any sums so recovered, and the Court may refuse to allow any futher proceedings on behalf of the poor person to be taken in the action or other proceedings until such Court fees, or part thereof, as the case may be, have been paid.
