PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 109. Misappropriation of wife's property.
(1) Any husband who wilfully takes, uses or misappropriates the property of his wife without her permission shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both.
(2) The Court may order compensation to be paid for the property so misused or misappropriated.
