Section 129. Continuation of trial by another Judge.
(1) Where a Judge has commenced a trial and is unable for any reason to conclude it, another Judge may with the consent of all parties continue the trial.
(2) Where the consent referred to in subsection (1) cannot be obtained, the trial shall be heard afresh.
