PART IX - PENALTIES


Section 130. Disobedience by wife

Any woman who wilfully disobeys any order lawfully given by her husband according to Hukum syarak commits an offence ind shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit.
