Section 125. When witnesses need not be examine.
A Judge need not examine any witness who had clearly shown their 'adil' in a previous proceeding before the same Judge in the latter proceeding if the time period does not exceed six months. If the time period between the former and the latter exceed six months the Judge shall make another examination.
