Section 110. Attendance of detainee as witness or party.
(1) An application for an order for the production of any person lawfully detained under any written law may be made to the Court ex-parte by notice suppoted by an affidavit in Form MS 23.
(2) Unless the Court otherwise orders, the cost of conveyance of the witness in safe custody to and from the Court shall be paid in the first instance by the party on whose application the order was issued and shall be costs in the cause.
(3) An order for the production of such person shall be in Form MS 24.
