Civil Appeal Procedure

Section 54. Cross-appeal.

(1) The respondent to an appeal may give notice to the Court appealed from and ot the other parties concerned that he intends to contend that the decision or order appealed from should be varied.

(2) The notice shall operate as a cross-appeal.
