PART XXIX - POWERS OF REGISTRAR AND QADHI



Section 208. Reference and variation of orders.

(1)The Registrar may in his discretion refer to the Court for its decision any matter coming before him for decision whether under this Part or otherwise.

(2) Any order or decision made by a Registrar, whether under this Part or otherwise, may be set aside or varied by the Court, either of its own or varied by the Court, either of its own motion or on the application of any person affected thereby, and the Court may make such order as may be just :

Provided that, unless for special cause, the Court shall not ertertain any such application unless made within four days after the applicant became aware of the order or decision complained of :

Provided futher that no such application shall have the effect of staying proceeding under the order or decision, and no order of the Court reversing the same shall invalidate anything lawfully done thereunder, unless the Court shall otherwise order.
